Degree Overview

Our degrees give students the communication and critical thinking skills that are sought after by employers. Students learn how communication creates, maintains, and transforms identities, relationships, workplaces, communities, civic and cultural groups. Our students enhance their abilities to write and speak effectively, understand the communication around them, and convey complex ideas simply.

Our bachelor of science degree provides students with tools that help them excel in their professional and personal lives. In addition to developing general communication and critical thinking skills, students learn how to evaluate data to inform decision-making and solve problems. This degree prepares students for employment in a variety of career fields or for graduate study.

Our bachelor of arts degree provides students with tools that help them better understand themselves, their relationships, communities, and different cultures. Along with learning how to communicate more effectively and think more critically, students learn a second language to prepare them for employment in an increasingly global workplace or for graduate study.
